Hooters & Starbucks Retail Building

Location: Clearwater Beach, Florida

Building: Formerly a retail and small office building in a state of decline. This project will bring three formerly absent premier retailer / restaurants to the center of Clearwater Beach. The design captures the fun atmosphere, year round warmth and liveliness of the beach community with many open areas that allow for expansive views of the adjacent beach, sunsets and nightlife. The project is easily accessible from anywhere on the beach and lies directly on the Jolly-Trolley route providing convenient access for tourists and locals alike from most of North Pinellas County.
